It is recommended that you re-subscribe to our email list every year in order to receive runner specific information.  Duplicate messages will not be sent to the same email address.

You will not be bombarded with emails from this list.  As the 2012 event approaches, your will receive periodic status updates and reminders.  If weather or course conditions become an issue, we use email and our web site to keep runners informed.  For previous participants, our policy as of 2010 is to send four or five emails throughout the year.
