We collect information from you when you register for one of our races, volunteer, or subscribe to our newsletter.

This website does not gather or maintain any personal financial information, that information is managed through our registration partner active.com who adheres to a comparable security policy. Active.com security policy.

We maintain personal information such as name, age sex, race, and bib number for the purpose of managing events, maintaining safety, registration confirmation and accumulating results. This information is maintained securely and used to help us make your experience with the Lost Dutchman Marathon the best experience possible.

Disclosure to Outside Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our races, or servicing you; we require such organizations to keep this information confidential. We will release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
