Registration Information for the 11th Annual Lost Dutchman Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 8K and 2M Fun Run/ Walk

Thank you for using Active.com to complete your registration for the 2012 Lost Dutchman Marathon Festival! This online process helps us to keep our administrative costs down as well as provide you with the best race day experience possible. Like you, all of us at the Lost Dutchman Marathon really hate spam. We assure you all information collected is for our evaluation purposes only, and will never be shared with anyone else.

In addition to the registration data, please take a moment to answer the few questions listed within the registration page. This data helps us communicate the positive economic impact of this event to government agencies and our sponsors in order to secure their continued substantial support.

There is no race day registration (except for the 2 Mile Fun Run).

The Lost Dutchman Marathon weekend of fun is conducted over the President's Day weekend to allow extra time for those of you who need to travel. Running events will be held on Sunday, February 19th, 2012.

Register early!  Take advantage of a 25 to 33% early discount by registering before the new year and insure a spot in your event.  The half marathon and 10k sold out each of the last two years; the 2011 marathon was at capacity.

2012 registration will be limited for all races in order maintain a small, friendly race and stay within the capacity of Prospector Park.  Race fees go up January 1st,  again on February 1st.  Races fill up quickly! Don't miss out on your chance to be a part of our running tradition!

*The marathon minimum age is 14 and maximum time for all entrants is 6 1/2 hours - strictly enforced

Cancellation

Please review our Event Cancelation or Modification Policy in case weather or natural disaster force course modification or the complete cancellation of any of our races.

Race Packets

Packet Pick up: Race Packets will NOT be mailed. 

• Runners can pick up their packets on Thursday, February 16th at Road Runner Sports - Scottsdale, 7077 E Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85054 from 3:30 PM till 6 PM. (Web Site) (Map)
• All runners can pick up their packets on Friday, February 17th at Road Runner Sports - Tempe, 43 S McClintock Dr., Tempe, AZ 85281 from 10 AM till 6 PM. (Web Site) (Map)
• All runners can pick up their packets on Saturday, February 18th at the Health and Fitness Expo 1035 N. Idaho Rd. Apache Junction, AZ from 8 AM to 5 PM. (Map)
• NON-MARATHONERS can also pick up their packets Sunday, February 19th at Prospector Park 3015 N. Idaho Rd. Apache Junction, AZ beginning at 5:45 AM.  2-Mile Fun Run/Walk registration is available at this time.  NOTE: There is no day of race packet pick up for the full marathon. Marathon runners MUST pick up race packets Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

The race will be chip timed. Your chip is a part of your bib, do not remove it. Your number bib must be worn on the front and be visible at all times during the race.

You may have someone else pick up your race packet.
